Right from induction at the nursery, our childcare practitioners are qualified in full paediatric first aid (level 2), safeguarding and basic food hygiene as a minimum. Continuous professional development (‘CPD’) is fully supported at the nursery, with a variety of training courses and tools available to further knowledge and skills. This benefits both team members and the nursery children.
